Tips for Beginners Fitness – What You Must Know Before Getting Start

Are you ready to keep fit, change your body and take control of your health? Before you headfirst into your fitness, think for a second:

What are your goals? What do you want out of this?

Here are some common fitness goals and simple ways to reach them.

1. Weight Loss
There are lots of fitness and weight loss diet plans at present however the best way is to use a reliable nutritional eating plan and also a workout that really works.

2. Muscle Growth
A huge problem with beginners is going too heavy with the weights they chose. They think that because the professionals do heavy weights.

My advice to a beginner would be to get some direction and work with a fitness trainer even if it’s only for one or two sessions. Be sure to learn the correct movement and why to train different parts of the body.

3. Health
Living a healthier life is not impossible if you engage in healthy eating and physical activities.

There are many ways you can do:

  • Drink some water
  • Eat fruit and vegetables
  • Take a walk
  • Do exercise and fitness
  • Go to bed on time

Consistency is the most important way for the beginners.
People always want fast results however there is no quick way. You need to change your eating, lifestyle and training habits.

For a beginner 30-60 minutes of exercise everyday is far too much. Just choose something you enjoy and keep it simple such as walking, jogging, cycling or some light weight workouts otherwise you’ll regret it!

Hi I’m looking for a running/jogging club in the Bexley I’m looking for one that caters for beginners?

I’m asking about the southeast london borough in the uk.
Looking forward to getting our answers :o )

Finding a running club can sometimes be very difficult. With my club I had to be able to run around 6 miles and keep up with the group before I could join. After a few weeks I began going twice a week.

You could try googling for local clubs in your area, thats what I did. Or you could do what someone else answered and go to your local running shop to ask.

Hope this helps.
