Which is faster, consistent paced jogging or interval sprinting?
I have to do six rounds (400m each) for a fitness test tomorrow, and I was just wondering,
would it be faster if i jog at a steady pace throughout the run, or sprint all out for one round, walk the other, then sprint again etc?
i’m aiming for a specific timing, and I really want to make it!
Definitely jogging. Unless you can walk more than half as fast as you run, you’ll just kill your time. Not only that, sprinting takes more energy, so find a set pace, I mean (Your time -divided by- 6 laps, i mean if you want even break it down further to 200M and divide your answer by two. This allows you to time yourself every half a lap, so if you need to slow down or speed up you can adjust accordingly without it being detrimental to your time.
i think i was faster in the timex run
i was just jogging
mali, puro pacing, lol
