what type of running shoe should i be looking for?
i have brooks adrenaline gts 7 now. i have been havin g a lot of pain with my arches, beginning like 20min into a run, which will not be good for xc. what type of shoe should i be looking for? stability? i pronate a lot too. oh and i run distance. just wondering what type i should be looking for. i am going to my running specialty store anyway. thanks!
